Asperges au quinoa

Préparation


Etape 1

La veille , faire tremper le quinoa ( il germe , est plus nutritif et se cuit plus vite )

Etape 2

Cuire le quinoa dans de l'eau avec 1 c c de bouillon végétal.

Etape 3

Cuire les asperges en enlevant le pied pendant 12 minutes à la vapeur .

Etape 4

Quand le quinoa est cuit le mélanger aux légumes et au persil.

Etape 5

Enrouler 2 asperges avec le saumon, réaliser les oeufs sur le plat .

Etape 6

Dresser le quinoa dans un emporte pièce, les asperges dessus ainsi que l'oeuf, arroser d'huile d'olive et de crème de balsamique.
