Préparation


Etape 1

Egoutter les asperges et réserver 100 ml de jus.

Etape 2

.Faire chauffer l'eau avec le sachet d'agar agar

Etape 3

Faire cuire les oeufs 10 minutes pour qu'ils soient durs.

Etape 4

Mixer ensemble les asperges, la ricotta, la crème d'amandes, les épices, ajouter l'eau chaude avec l'agar agar, et les oeufs cuits durs . Mixer finement et placer dans des verrines

Etape 5

Au moment de servir ajouter les oeufs de saumon.
