Préparation


Etape 1

Découper la feta en fines tranches pour recouvrir le fond d'un plat à gratin.

Etape 2

. Couper un chou- fleur en tranches à la mandoline ( épaisseur 2 ), recouvrir la feta de chou- fleur , épicer de sel et de poivre.

Etape 3

Couper les tomates en rondelles , poser sur le chou-fleur , avec les pétales de tomates confites.

Etape 4

Arroser de marinade de tomates confites ou d'huile d'olive aux herbes de Provence.

Etape 5

Glisser au four à 150° pendant 30 minutes. Bon appétit :)
