Préparation


Etape 1

Trouver une personne qui vous coupe au couteau ( ici papy ) le chou - rouge en julienne.

Etape 2

Blanchir le chou- rouge à l'eau bouillante quelques minutes, rincer et égoutter.

Etape 3

Dans une cocote , rissoler la moitié du chou - rouge , une couche de compote et l'autre moitié.

Etape 4

Arroser de vinaigre ( il va changer de couleur ) ,

Etape 5

Mettre de l'eau à moitié de hauteur , ajouter les feuilles de laurier le se et le poivre.Laisser mijoter 1 heure ( en surveillant qu'il n'attache pas ) Bon appétit :)
