Préparation


Etape 1

Faire tremper les graines de courges la veille dans de l’eau.

Etape 2

Eplucher le chou rave et couper en dés équivalents. Cuire à la vapeur 20 minutes pour qu’il soit tendre.

Etape 3

Mixer le chou rave avec le persil , les graines de courge, le bouillon et les épices.

Etape 4

Couper les tartines wasa en 2 et mettre une quenelle de tartinade sur chaque cracotte.

Etape 5

Décorer de graines germées et de peluches de persil.
