Pâtes aux boulettes végétariennes

Ingrédients

Préparation


Etape 1

Eplucher et couper les oignons en dés, couper les tomates.

Etape 2

Oter le pied des champignons et couper en lamelles

Etape 3

Faire suer les oignons dans un peu d'huile d'olive, ajouter les champignons et laisser mijoter doucement.

Etape 4

Faire cuire les pâtes al dente , égoutter et conserver l'eau de cuisson des pâtes.

Etape 5

Ajouter les dés de tomates dans les champignons et allonger cette sauce avec le jus de cuisson des pâtes ajouter les boulettes pour les réchauffer un peu ( l'amidon contenu dedans va un peu épaissir votre sauce .

Etape 6

Servir pâtes et sauce ensemble , bon appétit :)
