Préparation


Etape 1

Mixer ensemble le persil,la coriandre, l'ail , les échalotes et l'huile d'olive, le sel et le poivre, cela fera une sorte de pâte verte.

Etape 2

Tailler le rôti couper des tranches sans aller jusqu'en dessous pour que la viande tienne encore ensemble.

Etape 3

Tartiner généreusement chaque entaille du mélange d'herbes.

Etape 4

Arroser le tout de nouveau d'huile d'olive

Etape 5

.Placer au four à 90° pendant 1 heure ( compter 1 h par kilo)
