Ingrédients

Préparation


Etape 1

Emincer les chicons en enlevant le coeur plus dur, réserver.

Etape 2

Couper les tranches de lard fumé en petits lardons.

Etape 3

Abaisser la pâte dans un moule à tarte.

Etape 4

Faire rissoler les lamelles de chicon dans un peu d 'huile d'olive. Sucrer légèrement , saler, poivrer.Laisser cuire quelques minutes, réserver.

Etape 5

Faire rissoler les lardons et jeter la graisse

Etape 6

Mélanger les lardons et les chicons sans leur eau de cuisson.

Etape 7

. Ajouter la crème et les oeufs battus , rectifier l'assaisonnement.

Etape 8

Mettre cette préparation sur le fond de tarte , ajouter les lamelles de chèvre et terminer en glissant au four 20 minutes à 180°
