Ingrédients

Préparation


Etape 1

Couper tous les légumes en petits dés et cuire à la vapeur 25 minutes.

Etape 2

Dans un saladier mélanger les oeufs, la crème et l'aneth les épices éventuelles , ajouter aux légumes , rectifier l'assaisonnement, et placer la préparation dans un plat à gratin.

Etape 3

Déposer sur le dessus des lamelles de fromage de votre choix ( chèvre, brebis....)

Etape 4

Laisser réchauffer au four à 180° pendant 15 minutes . Bon apppétit :)
