Préparation


Etape 1

Eplucher et couper tous les légumes en morceaux équivalents plutôt 2 cm sur 2.

Etape 2

. Faire revenir dans un peu d'huile d'olive les oignons, puis ajouter dans l'ordre les carottes, les racines de persil, le poireau, le butternut, les épices, les brocolis et les pois chiches.

Etape 3

. Ajouter de l'eau à mi- hauteur et laisser cuire gentiment 1 heure

Etape 4

Ajouter les petits pois , prolonger la cuisson de 10 minutes.

Etape 5

Rectifier l'assaisonnement et c'est prêt. Servir avec du riz . Bon appétit :)
