Préparation


Etape 1

Décortiquer les crevettes décongelées,les couper en 3.

Etape 2

.Eplucher les échalotes et les couper en tous petits morceaux .

Etape 3

Dans un petit blender mixer finement la coriandre, la ciboulette , la crème d'amandes ( vous pouvez aussi utiliser de la crème de coco et ne pas mettre la noix de coco ), un peu de sel et du poivre.

Etape 4

Placer une échalote ciselée dans une ramequin en verre, puis 3 scampis coupés et couvrir de sauce verte.

Etape 5

couvrir d'un film alimentaire et cuire à la vapeur une petite vingtaine de minutes. Bon appétit :)
