Préparation


Etape 1

Nettoyer les petits poivrons en enlevant le pédoncule et les graines à l'intérieur.

Etape 2

.Placer les poivrons sur la plaque du four , arroser d'huile d'olive et cuire 15 minutes à 150° , pour les confire un peu.

Etape 3

A la sortie du four, es placer dans un sachet plastique pour tenter quand ils sont refroidis d'enlever les peaux.

Etape 4

Farcir chaque poivron d'une boule de fromage de chèvre. Bon appétit :)
