Etape 1

2 heures à l'avance, couper le poulet en morceaux et le faire mariner dans les oignons émincés avec l'ail dégermé et coupé en morceau, les 2 yaourts, et les épices ( la moitié du gingembre) , ainsi que la moitié du jus de citron. Laisser reposer au frigo pendant 2 heures.

Etape 2

Dans une poêle haute faire revenir le poulet dans l'huile d'olive en ajoutant le concentré de tomate, le reste du gingembre et le jus de citron ainsi que le poivre de Cayenne .Ajouter la poignée de cranberries.

Etape 3

Laisser mijoter 10 minutes et servir avec du riz ou du quinoa. bon appétit :)
