Préparation


Etape 1

La veille ou quelques heures avant faire tremper le riz.

Etape 2

Cuire le riz dans de l'eau bouillante salée ( on démarre à froid et dès que cela bout on diminue le feu.

Etape 3

Eplucher et couper les légumes en dés de 1/2 cm .

Etape 4

Dans un wok , faire rissoler les légumes à l'huile d'olive et ajouter les épices .

Etape 5

Après quelques minutes ajouter les scampis , cuire doucement et terminer en ajoutant le riz cuit , la crème d'amandes . Laisser mijoter 3 minutes et servir aussitôt . Bon appétit :)
