Ingrédients

Préparation


Etape 1

Eplucher les pommes de terre et réserver dans de l'eau.

Etape 2

Couper les pommes de terre à la mandoline ( 1) et placer hors de l'eau

Etape 3

Faire cuire ces lamelles dans le lait d'avoine. Monter à ébullition et arrêter le feu.

Etape 4

Frotter la gousse d'ail dans un plat allant au four .

Etape 5

.Mettre dans ce plat une couche de pommes de terre cuites . Ajouter 1/3 de la crème sel, poivre et 1/3 du fromage.

Etape 6

Recommencer l'opération et terminer par du fromage

Etape 7

Placer au four 40 minutes à 160°. Bon appétit :)
